Dear Sirs!
CREON Energy has the pleasure of inviting you to the Sixth International «Gas Condensate 2018» Conference.
Date: May 22, 2018
Venue: Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow
The volumes of oil and gas condensate production in Russia slightly declined in 2017; however the country is maintaining its leading position in global oil production.
Meanwhile, the legislation is expected to be amended, resulting in certain changes in the industry. In particular, the bill introducing the “Tax on additional income from hydrocarbon production” has been submitted to the State Duma, Russia’s parliament. The law will introduce a new tax for oil & gas companies applied to production of oil, natural gas, gas condensate and associated petroleum gas; it will also amend the calculation rule for Mineral Extraction Tax (NDPI) with respect to oil. Starting from January 1, 2018, it is possible to apply a tax deduction for extraction of gas condensate in case the product is processed to NGL.
How will the legislation changes affect the Russian oil and gas production in 2018? What was the share of gas condensate in the industry last year? Which issues have been resolved and which have not?
The «Gas Condensate 2018» Conference is the unique platform for discussion of important industry topics and elaboration of a road map for further development.
