However, the government has both the desire and the ability to change the situation for the better. Thus, the Russian Government made legislative changes that provide an opportunity to equip the charging plants practically everywhere – even in indoor spaces and parking garages. The government has plans to introduce other support measures, which include elaboration of programs for concessional car lending and car leasing, as well as to provide subsidies to electric vehicles producers.
